I Face Severe Battery Drain and Signal Issues on Samsung S25
Just a week ago, I purchased a brand-new Samsung S25 smartphone from the Vatan store in Eskişehir, paying around ₺50,000. From the very first day of use, I’ve been dealing with two major issues that make the phone nearly unusable.
The first is battery life. Even with a full charge, the device lasts no more than 6 hours under normal use. For a flagship phone at this price point, such poor battery performance is unacceptable.
The second problem is signal strength. In my workplace, where my old phone never had any connectivity problems, this new Samsung S25 constantly suffers from weak reception. Both internet connectivity and voice calls drop or struggle due to the unstable signal.
I have not yet contacted technical service or attempted any troubleshooting on my own. I still have the invoice and warranty documents, and the phone is otherwise in new condition. But these two core issues — battery drain and signal instability — are causing real frustration and making the device unreliable for daily use.
I am formally requesting either a replacement device or a full refund. I expect Samsung and Vatan to address this matter promptly, as customers should not have to accept such fundamental flaws in a brand-new premium device.
I sent the phone to the service, they sent it back saying there was no problem. I paid 50 TL for it and now it's useless, I can't use the phone. It's a terrible phone, definitely don't buy it. The pictures were taken in the same place one day apart; the old A33 phone's reception is twice as good as the S25's, and there's proof of this, but Samsung decided there was no problem. The S25 is a regret.
