I downloaded the inDrive app and booked a ride, only to wait 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. Just one minute before pickup, the driver canceled the ride without any explanation.
There was no way to contact customer support or speak to an actual representative about this issue. The lack of accountability and support is truly frustrating. If this app is supposed to be a competitor to taxis, it’s failing miserably.
I immediately deleted inDrive from my phone. A ride-hailing app should have reliable drivers and proper customer service. inDrive, if you want users to trust your platform, fix these issues! Otherwise, I won’t be using or recommending this app again.
