I'm really not happy with the inDrive App because it gives wrong arriving times and has an unfair complaint process. The app said the driver would be here in three minutes, so I quickly got ready. After just one minute, the driver left and reported me, which caused me a lot of stress and trouble. If a car won't wait for the three minutes, then why show that time? This situation is ridiculous and seems very unfair. I shouldn't have to stand outside in the cold for no reason, and I shouldn't be punished for sticking to the app's schedule. I strongly encourage inDrive to enhance its wait time estimates, stop unfair complaints against drivers, and quickly address customer issues.
