inDrive Driver Took My Cash and Didn't Give Change on Ride in Panama City

On May 9th, I took a ride in Panama City using the inDrive app. The fare was $7.80, and I paid the driver $20 in cash. However, instead of giving me back my $12.20 in change, the driver quickly drove off before I could say anything. This is completely unacceptable and feels like outright theft.
The driver was operating a gray Hyundai Atos (plate EB7575), and the name shown in the app was E*. I immediately tried to report the incident both through the app and by sending an email to inDrive support, but I’ve received no response whatsoever.
It's extremely frustrating to feel ignored after being cheated. I trusted this platform and paid honestly, yet I’m left with zero support and a financial loss. I demand that inDrive refund the missing ₺ equivalent of the $12.20 immediately and take action against the driver for such dishonest behavior.
If this is how inDrive handles problems, I’ll seriously reconsider ever using or recommending this app again.
