inDrive Driver Was Rude and Accepted My Canceled Ride Again

I canceled a ride on inDrive about 10 minutes ago, but when I requested another car, the same driver appeared again. Not only did he accept my request a second time, but he also sent me an inappropriate message. This is completely unacceptable! Why is a driver who was already canceled able to take my ride again? And more importantly, why is he messaging me? inDrive, I demand immediate action against this driver and a fix to prevent this from happening to other users. If a ride is canceled, the same driver should not be able to accept it again. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Please take action to improve your service!
