inDrive Driver Arrived Late and Refused to Take Us and Our Item

I booked a ride with inDrive, clearly informing the driver from the start that we had a device to transport, which was small enough to fit in the car. It was urgent, and we needed to get it to another location as soon as possible.

The app showed a 7-minute arrival time, but the driver took 18 minutes to get to us. When he finally arrived, he refused to take both us and the item, saying, "I'm not taking it", and left without explanation.

This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I expect inDrive to take action against this driver (Plate: **4 TEC 26) and improve their service reliability.
