IndiGo Airlines Failed to Notify Me, Causing a Loss

I had a flight from Phuket Airport to Istanbul Airport with IndiGo Airlines, but due to a misunderstanding about the departure time, I missed my flight. What frustrates me the most is that I never received any notification or reminder email from IndiGo about the flight. This lack of communication has cost me approximately ₺65,000, which could have been avoided with proper updates from the airline.

IndiGo’s poor notification system has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. I plan to escalate this matter and report it to all relevant authorities. I expect IndiGo to take responsibility for their system’s failure and compensate me for the loss. Passengers deserve a reliable and proactive communication system.
