Indigo Airlines Canceled Flight Left Me Stranded and Out of Pocket
On January 18, my 8:00 PM Istanbul-Jakarta flight with Indigo Airlines was initially rescheduled to go through Delhi. Shortly after, I was informed that the flight was canceled altogether. Due to this, I couldn’t make my connecting flight and was told my ticket cost would be refunded.
I contacted the recommended email address, [email protected], as advised by Mr. F** S**, only to be told to reach out to the agency where I purchased the ticket. This feels like a stalling tactic. I ended up paying an additional $820 on top of the ₺26,000 I originally spent to purchase a new ticket. The unhelpful responses and dismissive attitude I encountered added to the frustration.
I demand compensation for the financial loss and the inconvenience caused by this cancellation. Indigo Airlines must address this situation promptly.
