If IndiGo Airlines cancelled your flight with no refund and you want to claim your money back;

• State that your flight was cancelled by IndiGo and you have not received a refund
• Provide your booking reference (PNR), flight number/date, payment method, and proof of payment (receipt or bank/card statement)
• Attach screenshots/emails showing the cancellation notification and your itinerary
• Note how long it’s been since the cancellation and any refund attempts you’ve already made
Ask them to;
• Confirm that the cancellation was made by the airline (not by you or a third party)
• Explain why the refund has not been issued yet
• Process a full refund to your original payment method
• Provide a written confirmation and refund timeline
How to request the refund;
• Go to IndiGo’s website/app → Manage Booking → Refund/Cancel and submit the refund request with your PNR and email/last name.
Once submitted, refunds usually reflect within 7–10 business days to the original payment method for online bookings.
