IKEA Product Missing Assembly Screws, for a Week I'm Begging for Solutions
I made this complaint in my country, but I didn't get any results. Hoping that global management might help me, I am sharing it here. I bought a product from IKEA exactly a week ago. When I opened the product at home, I realized that the assembly screws were missing, so I contacted customer service. IKEA itself has been quite satisfactory in terms of its employee profile so far. I have conducted my transactions with them through very good communication during this process as well. However, for a week now, we haven't made any progress. No one is calling, no one is asking, and every day I repeat the same process, sending emails to the relevant departments with the customer service representative. The products I bought have been lying scattered on the floor for a week. The problem is not getting solved at all, not getting solved, not getting solved. I sadly had to write this complaint because, as I told the customer service representative, there is nothing else I can do except to contact you. I hope someone from the IKEA management team sees what I wrote and solves my problem. I am confident that I will report here once the issue is resolved. In fact, today I asked the customer service representative to provide me with a list of the necessary parts so that I could obtain them myself from outside. That's not available either. Please, can someone hear me and help me get out of this chaos?
