IKEA Shelf Arrived Scratched, No Exchange Code After a Week




I purchased a shelf online from IKEA, but it arrived with scratches all over. I immediately requested an exchange, and customer service assured me that an exchange code would be sent via email. However, it’s been a week, and despite calling daily, I still haven’t received the code or any updates.
This lack of follow-through and communication from IKEA is incredibly frustrating. I expected a smooth resolution for an issue that was not my fault. I am asking IKEA to prioritize this matter and provide the exchange code promptly. Customers shouldn’t have to chase the company repeatedly for such a simple issue. Please resolve this situation as soon as possible.
