IKEA Sent My Desk Dividers Without Connectors, Still Has Not Fixed It
The connector parts for the desk dividers I ordered online from IKEA arrived incomplete. I quickly submitted a request regarding the issue, and they told me the missing items would be shipped from the store. I even shared photos to clearly show what was missing, thinking it would speed up the process. However, despite calling three times over the course of 20 days to remind them, they still didn’t send the parts. I eventually filed a formal complaint, and this time they said someone would call me—but it's been two days, and no one has contacted me, nor have they sent the missing connectors. This is clearly a problem caused by IKEA, yet they fail to resolve it promptly or without causing inconvenience to the customer.
