IKEA Frames Arrived Broken After Rough Delivery — Requesting Replacement



I made a purchase worth over 20,000 TL from IKEA. My order number is 120810255104546, which included two Rödalm 61x91 oak frames. When I opened the box, I saw that both items were severely damaged, and I would like to request a replacement.
I am also filing a complaint against the delivery company, Arvato, which handled the shipment. When the courier arrived, they threw the boxes carelessly despite my warning to handle them carefully. I even said, “Please be careful; these are furniture items.” The courier replied, “I don’t handle furniture that way; I’m delivering metal parts.” However, all the products I ordered were furniture.
I request that my damaged products be replaced immediately and that my losses be compensated.
