IKEA Cargo Issue - Delayed Order and Poor Customer Service
I ordered furniture from IKEA's website, and delivery was scheduled for February 15, 2023. The cargo employee, on the other hand, claimed that they couldn't find us despite the fact that we were at home and both of our phones were turned on. When we contacted IKEA customer service, they set up a record and promised to get back to us. When we called back, they were unhelpful, and Ms. Gizem said they didn't know where the cargo was. The situation deteriorated when the lady at the Arvato headquarters informed us that they were merely a warehouse and that IKEA had misled us. We spent 6,000 TL on this furniture, and no one knows where it is. Mr. Furkan refused to give us the phone numbers of the relevant IKEA authorities and authorities we requested, despite the fact that we were guaranteed to be informed and called half an hour before delivery. We call for immediate action and a resolution to this problem. If it is not resolved soon, we will file a lawsuit and seek assistance from the Consumer Rights Court.
