When I received the product, I was concerned that one of the 1-liter jars with lids had been broken, so I filed a report with the shipping company and took photographs and videos. IKEA Türkiye packaging is very bad lately, missing and damaged products are sent in large numbers, I have said and reported this many times, and I do not want to be a victim as a customer any longer. I have a complaint about IKEA Türkiye, it constantly victimizes me, and I want my complaint removed while also receiving the broken jar.
