IKEA Sent A Damaged Item




On 15.05.2023, I placed an online order with the number 111505231009706 at IKEA Türkiye. When I received the product, I was concerned that one of the 1-liter jars with lids had been broken, so I filed a report with the shipping company and took photographs and videos. IKEA Türkiye packaging is very bad lately, missing and damaged products are sent in large numbers, I have said and reported this many times, and I do not want to be a victim as a customer any longer. I have a complaint about IKEA Türkiye, it constantly victimizes me, and I want my complaint removed while also receiving the broken jar. You must control IKEA Türkiye's service quality; they harm your brand's value; as a customer, I have been victimized, and I condemn the service you provide. I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with this type of service; this incident has occurred three times in a row, and I'd like you to take care of the problem.
