IKEA Did Not Send Replacement for My Damaged Billy Bookcase Door After 10 Days


I got a Billy bookcase from IKEA’s website, but the door arrived damaged. We got the delivery person to fill out a report and reached out to IKEA for a replacement. The courier picked up the damaged product on January 2, 2025. It's been 10 days, and we're still waiting for the replacement to show up. Whenever I reach out to IKEA customer service, they always say that someone from the right team will get back to me, but I never hear from anyone. I'm let down by this experience and wish I hadn't bought it. I had faith in IKEA for their expertise and quality, but this situation really doesn’t show that at all. I really hope this gets sorted out soon, and that my replacement is sent right away.
