IKEA Lost Item Delivery Problem

We realized that the Billy Oxberg bookcase we bought from IKEA was not been delivered to us, I opened a record about it. It has been about 20 days, I call them almost every day for a copy of the delivery report or information about my undelivered product. But I can't get a response, this is annoying. It started to happen, if I don't hear back for a while, I will have to apply to the Consumer Court. Everything was fine when they sold me the dear IKEA product and the shipping process, but if the first problem was the road, this is a sad situation. As a footnote, they have been looking for the delivery report for 20 days, a very meaningless search in the digital age, thank you.
