IKEA Forsand Wardrobe Door Replacements All Arrived Damaged
In August, I placed an order for a Forsand wardrobe door from the IKEA online store (Order No: 110308255901786). The product was delivered damaged, so I requested a replacement. The new product they sent was lost during shipping, and although they claimed it had been delivered to me, I proved that it was not, as I had the delivery report. However, this process took nearly 50 days and required me to call customer service many times. Even though I was repeatedly told that I would be contacted as soon as possible, no one ever reached out unless I called myself. All four replacement products that were sent afterward also arrived damaged. This issue has been ongoing for about 100 days, and I still have not received a proper, undamaged item. Today is 18.11.2025, and there is still no solution. It is disheartening to see a multinational company like IKEA handle customer satisfaction this way. I request that my Forsand wardrobe door be delivered to me in intact condition as soon as possible.
