IKEA Delivery Nightmare: Weeks of Waiting with No Solution
I ordered items from IKEA on August 29, 2023, with delivery scheduled for September 6, 2023, through Horoz Logistics. My products have still not been delivered as of September 18, 2023. Despite numerous attempts to contact the delivery company, no response has been received. When I contacted IKEA customer service, I was told that my complaint had been forwarded to the appropriate department, but that there had been no resolution. This is not what one would expect from a reputable company like IKEA. The frustration and inconvenience of waiting for updates or solutions for weeks is intolerable. As a customer, I expect better service and a prompt resolution to this problem.
