My Bag Was Stolen at Ibis Styles Hotel Rome, Hotel Ignored Security Concerns

I stayed at Ibis Styles Hotel Rome, and the security issues at this hotel are alarming. On July 28, at around 7:30 AM, my bag was stolen in the breakfast room, right in front of the security cameras. When we reported the incident to the reception staff, they were dismissive and did nothing to help us. Later that same day, other guests had their bags and belongings stolen from their rooms. Whether these thefts happened by someone from inside or outside the hotel, it’s clear that there’s a serious security flaw. We reported the matter to the Italian police and filed a report. I expect the hotel to take this issue seriously and address the security problems immediately.
