I am writing about my Free Fire account, which I access via Facebook login, that was suspended in January 2024. I did not receive any clear reason on the screen explaining why my account was suspended. I have always tried to follow the game rules and have not intentionally done anything against the terms of service. Because of this, I believe the suspension may have been a mistake or an automatic error. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate my Free Fire account and review its activity, and if no serious violation is found, please remove the suspension and unban my account.
