Amazon Charged My Card but Order Disappeared After Account Reactivation
I am a customer from Cali, Colombia, and on October 17, 2026 I placed an order on Amazon.com for an advent calendar and a perfume, to be delivered to a virtual mailbox in Miami, United States. The amount of 663.985 COP was correctly debited from my bank account, which is also visible on my bank statement, and later my Amazon account was blocked for verification. After I submitted my credit card statement for verification, my Amazon account was released again. However, once the account was reactivated, the order no longer appeared in my order history and I did not receive any purchase confirmation email from Amazon for this transaction, even though the charge remains on my bank account. As a customer in Colombia, it has been impossible for me to reach Amazon customer service through the usual channels. I cannot track my order or confirm whether it even exists in your system, despite the successful payment. I kindly request that you locate this transaction in your system and provide me with an official purchase confirmation email and clear information about the order status, including whether it is being processed, shipped, or cancelled. If the order cannot be found or fulfilled, I request that you explain the situation and ensure that the payment of 663.985 COP is either properly linked to a valid order or refunded to my bank account.
