I purchased a Hyundai Tucson and have been experiencing a serious transmission clutch problem. Despite the vehicle being under warranty, the service team has failed to resolve the issue. They delayed addressing my concerns until the warranty period expired, leaving me with no solution. I’ve taken the car to the service center multiple times, but each time, my request was dismissed without proper resolution. This lack of accountability from Hyundai is extremely frustrating. I expect Hyundai to honor their warranty and fix this issue immediately. As a loyal customer, I feel let down and demand prompt action to resolve this problem before it worsens further.
