I purchased a Microsoft Office 2024 Home license on 21.10.2025 from Vatan Computer (techno market) and I have a valid invoice for this purchase. After buying it, someone broke/compromised my user key and I have not been able to use the license I paid for. For more than a month I have been trying to reach Microsoft to report this situation and resolve it. I tried to contact support both by phone and through the website, but it is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone, and I have not received any clear response. I also left an inquiry via the official web help desk and I am still waiting for a reply. In addition, I am not satisfied with Vatan Computer’s after-sales support. Despite having purchased the product from their store and having the invoice, I could not get any effective help or guidance from them regarding the broken product key and the activation problem. Since my product key is compromised and I have not been able to benefit from the license I purchased, I request that my current license be cancelled and that the full amount I paid be refunded as soon as possible.
