Temu Charged But Gave No Order Number Or Confirmation For My Purchase

I placed an order through a Temu advertisement on 1 December 2025 for five items: a French fry cutter, a portable speaker, an iPhone 13 hand drill, and a fridge cloth, along with one more item. I paid by bank card and a total amount of R557.00 was deducted from my account. However, I did not receive any order number or order confirmation email or SMS from Temu. After payment, the only information I received was that the order would be delivered to the address I provided, but I was not given any tracking details or a reference number to follow up on the delivery. Because there is no order number or confirmation message, I currently have no way to monitor the status of my purchase even though the money has already been taken from my account. I request that my order be located and processed urgently, that I be provided with a proper order number and tracking details, and that the items I paid for be delivered to my address as soon as possible.
