I recently found myself banned from the popular mobile game, PUBG, under the accusation of altering game data. Not only was my main account banned, but even my guest account was blocked as well. Whenever I try to open any of these accounts, they are immediately banned. I am currently using a Huwai Nova 9 SE to play the game and I am unsure if this could be the cause of the issue. The phone does not have a platform as advanced as the Apple store, so I had to download the game selectively from the App gallery. I am not sure if this is the problem, but the phone itself seems to be causing any issues with the game. I regret my decision to purchase the Huwai Nova 9 SE for this purpose and I am seeking help to resolve this issue and regain access to my banned accounts.
