I purchased the Huawei MatePad 11.5 specifically to play PUBG, expecting smooth performance and compatibility. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Every time I launch the game, it either freezes mid-play or crashes entirely, kicking me out. It’s completely unplayable.
On top of that, I can’t install any game optimization tools or external support apps because the tablet doesn’t support them. This severely limits what I can do to improve the performance or troubleshoot the issue myself.
I paid good money for a device that was supposed to handle gaming, and yet it fails at even the most basic level. This isn’t what was advertised. I no longer want to use this tablet—I want to return it and buy something that actually works for what I need.
Huawei, please accept this device back and offer a refund or a model that performs as promised. Gamers deserve better.
