My Huawei MatePad 12X Crashes While Playing Call of Duty

I bought the Huawei MatePad 12X primarily to enjoy gaming, but every time I try to play Call of Duty, the game crashes and closes unexpectedly. This happens repeatedly and makes the tablet useless for one of the main purposes I bought it for.

I tried to return the product, but Huawei refused, citing all kinds of unnecessary procedures and formalities. I even tried to troubleshoot the issue myself, but there’s no clear solution available anywhere online — no guides, no videos, no acknowledgment of the issue from the company.

It feels like I’m the only one talking about this problem, which makes it even more frustrating. Huawei, either fix this issue immediately or accept the return and refund my money. A premium tablet should be able to run popular games without crashing.
