I have a Huawei Nova 9 device, and the rear camera has a low resolution, produces yellowish photos and videos, and does not accurately reflect the true colors of the scene. Additionally, the color of black appears to be a ruddy black. Since there is no evidence of physical damage to the device, my best guess is that the issue lies within the software. Therefore, the issue can be quickly remedied by installing the most recent update. In spite of providing customer service with an explanation of the issue, they have not yet provided a solution. I am holding out hope that I will receive assistance and support as soon as possible.
