Economybookings Deducted €60 After Free Cancellation and Delayed My Refund

I rented a car through the Economybookings website for pickup in Cologne, Germany. Even though I had the right to free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup, when I canceled 14 days in advance, they credited the principal amount to an e-wallet instead of refunding my card and deducted €60 to transfer the money back to my account. This deduction was never disclosed during the original booking process.

At this point, I don’t even know when the deducted amount will be refunded. The available communication channels have been inadequate, and I have not been able to get clear information. I am requesting that the full amount be refunded to me as soon as possible, with no undisclosed deductions.
