Economy Bookings Added a Surprise €330 Fee After I Booked My Rental

I rented a car through Economy Bookings, as shown in the attached document, for pickup in Belgrade and drop-off in Sarajevo, and I was quoted €367 for this service. However, when I arrived in Belgrade from Ankara, I was told that I would need to pay an additional €330 one-way drop-off fee to return the car to a different location. This completely ruined my mood at the very beginning of my vacation.

I contacted Economy Bookings for support regarding this issue and received a notification saying they would get back to me within 4–28 business days. My vacation has already ended, and no one has contacted me.

In order to avoid paying the €330, I was forced to drive the car from Sarajevo back to Belgrade and then return again, which caused additional expenses and inconvenience. I requested compensation for these extra costs as well, but once again, I received no response at all.
