For the past 15 days, my Huawei P30 Pro—once known for its incredible camera—has been taking nothing but blurry photos and videos. I don’t understand what suddenly went wrong. It used to capture sharp, vibrant images effortlessly, but now both the photo and video modes are completely out of focus, making the camera unusable.
I’ve checked for lens damage, cleaned the camera, and tried all settings, but nothing fixes the issue. I haven’t dropped the phone or done anything to cause this problem. It seems like a software-related glitch or a firmware bug, and if that’s the case, Huawei needs to release an urgent update to fix this.
This phone was praised for its high camera quality—that’s why I bought it. But right now, it can’t even take a clear photo. I feel deeply let down, especially because I trusted this device to capture important moments.
