I’ve been using my Huawei P30 Pro with great satisfaction—until recently. For the past two weeks, I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with the camera. It refuses to focus, and my photos keep turning out blurry. I’ve reported this problem multiple times, but nothing has been resolved.
Sometimes, when I press the shutter button, it captures the image immediately. Other times, it lags or fails to register the touch, further disrupting the experience. The inconsistency makes it incredibly frustrating to use the camera, which was one of the main reasons I bought this phone in the first place.
I’m reaching out to ask: Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Huawei, I love this phone and want to continue using it—but the camera problem needs to be fixed. Please release an update or provide support to resolve this focusing issue immediately.
