Huawei P Smart Pro Front Camera Stopped Working and Crashes the Camera App

I bought my Huawei P Smart Pro phone in 2020 and hadn’t experienced any issues until two days ago. However, for the past two days, I haven’t been able to use the front camera. When I open the camera app, it automatically starts with the front camera but shows a black screen. I can’t switch to the rear camera, and after a few seconds, the app crashes. The rear camera works perfectly fine when accessed directly. I couldn’t understand why the front camera suddenly stopped working, but after some research, I realized I was not the only one facing this issue. It seems like a common problem that Huawei hasn’t addressed despite numerous complaints. I used to see Huawei as a trustworthy brand, but this experience has changed my perspective. If the company continues to ignore such widespread issues, I won’t be choosing Huawei for my next device. I also see many unanswered complaints from other users. Whether the feedback is positive or negative, I urge Huawei to stand behind its products and support its customers.
