HP Victus Laptop  Strange Lines Appearing on the Screen

there are some strange lines appearing on my LCD screen that I don't know how to fix. I contacted the warranty service, but they haven't been helpful at all. I need my notebook for school, which is starting in just one month, and I can't use it properly because of this issue. I reached out to HP for assistance, but they also haven't been able to help me. I'm really disappointed with both the warranty service and HP because they should be providing better support for their customers, if they say what they are... I just want my notebook to be fixed so that I can use it for my studies without any problems, anyone willing to help me? how can I make them see their mistakes??
