HP Notebook Repair Complaint: Unresolved Issue Despite Service Request

Hello, my HP notebook with service request number 5113**6303 was sent for repair, however when it arrived, the problems remained. Despite the initial attempt to resolve the issue, the gadget was not successfully fixed. When I asked why the first repair was so inefficient, the response was, "We couldn't identify any issues during the initial inspection." My laptop's warranty has expired, making the situation even more aggravating. To make matters worse, they are recommending a costly diagnostic service and possible part replacement, putting me in an awkward position. It perplexes me that the initial attempt to remedy the matter failed, resulting in the current scenario in which more charges are being recommended. As a client, I expect a thorough and efficient resolution, especially given the inconvenience caused by the unsolved issue notwithstanding the initial service call. It is upsetting to face such difficulties, and I am hopeful that this issue may be addressed quickly and satisfactorily resolved.
