HP Laptop's Keyboard Broken, Month-Long Repair, No Replacement Offered

I bought an HP laptop just four months ago, and the keyboard already broke. I sent it in for warranty repair a month ago, and they still haven't fixed it! All they say is "it's in repair." What kind of repair takes a month? It's just a keyboard replacement! I'm still paying for this thing, and I can't even use it. Every time I call, they give me the same excuse. I'm fed up! Either give me my money back or fix my laptop right away. This is ridiculous customer service from a big company like HP. It's the only laptop I have so I'm just stuck without it. They know this, I tell them this all the time whenever I call but is it ignorance or on purpose I can't really tell. If they don't have the pieces and parts, they can always offer replacement or gift card but they aren't willing to. So weird.
