HP Repair Center Delayed My Laptop for Over 2 Months and Violated Consumer Rights

My laptop, which I sent to HP Repair Center during the warranty period, was not delivered on time in violation of consumer rights. Due to the first problem, my laptop entered the HP repair center on 27.09.2024. After the motherboard repair was completed, it left the service on 15.10.2024 and arrived a while later. When the cargo reached me, the laptop screen was completely shattered. As such, we filed a report with the cargo company and sent the product to the repair center again. On 25.10.2024, the laptop entered the service and there has still been no development until today 06.12.2024. According to the contract given to us by HP, according to consumer rights, the repair should be completed within 20 working days, but there is no progress despite exceeding 20 working days. When I call, they do not give any information, no clear information, no information about how many days it will be repaired. I am a student, the laptop was in service during my midterm period, I could not study for any of the midterms, I had to prepare presentations, I had to go and prepare presentations in different libraries in different places. I still can't study any of my classes, I can't prepare presentations, I was doing freelance work on the laptop and I can't continue it. As you can understand, this situation has caused me a great loss financially and a great loss in terms of education. Customer service has never offered a solution. For 2 months and 10 days my laptop has been in the HP repair center, I have been a victim for 2 months and 10 days. For 2 months and 10 days, I have neither been able to study nor continue my freelance work. As a student, I cannot use my computer, which I barely bought as a student, and now I have seen the last resort to resort to the law.
