HP Wants Money to Fix My Broken Laptop, Despite Insurance!



My HP computer has failed while still under warranty, and they are demanding money for repairs. What's more perplexing is that the computer has insurance, so why the additional cost? To make matters worse, my screen has a glaring white and yellow stain, and the part that holds the laptop's screen is in shambles. The thermal paste is in desperate need of replacement, and a thorough cleaning of the computer is in order. I can't help but wonder what other computer manufacturers do. Every six months, they provide free cleaning! This appears to be completely irresponsible on HP's part. I'm left wondering why I invested in their product and warranty if they're not going to keep their promises. My patience is being tested by this situation.
