Hp Victus 15 Negative Experience




I am writing to complain about a screen defect on my HP Victus 15 laptop. I purchased the laptop on October 29, 2023, and noticed a white spot on the screen about four months later. I contacted HP and they directed me to BDH Bilişim, their authorized service center in Turkey.
I took the laptop to BDH Bilişim and they told me that the defect was caused by user error. They said that the white spot on the panel was my fault and charged me ₺3200 to repair it. I am a student and I cannot afford to pay this amount. I am also disappointed with HP's response to this issue.
I have seen many other reports of this same defect on the HP Victus 15 forums. It seems like this is a common problem with this model, but HP is refusing to take responsibility.
I am requesting that HP fix this defect or replace my laptop. If they do not resolve this issue, I will be forced to take legal action. I will also share my experience on social media and warn other consumers about this problem.

I was told that I could pick up the product from where I delivered it. To avoid such negativity, definitely do not even stop by this company. They do not consider this situation, which everyone experiences, under warranty and they ask for money from you. If you don't pay, they don't do anything. There is a communication problem with customer service. They just keep insisting that you need to make a payment, and they do nothing else. Definitely do not pass by this company.
