“If I hadn't written here, no one would have looked into it. My problem hasn't been solved; I still haven't received my printer. Hopefully, I won't experience the same issues once it arrives.”

I'm writing to express my displeasure with the HP Smart tank 516 ALL-in-One Printer (Serial No. CN23I440JZ) that I purchased. I've been having problems with the output not printing black and white since the day I bought it, and it even prints colors in a pale single color. I received a replacement color cartridge after speaking with customer service, but the problem persisted. After that, I received a replacement black cartridge, but the problem remained unresolved. On December 13, 2022, I dropped off the device at the Maltepe repair shop at 9:00 a.m. and was told it would be ready in five hours. However, because of my work schedule, I was unable to pick it up. I requested that it be delivered to me via cargo on January 17, 2022. Sadly, the same problems persisted. On December 20, 2022, I left the device at the repair center once more, this time requesting that it be repaired as soon as possible because schools were about to open. I've been calling the customer service department since, but I haven't been able to speak with anyone. I'd like to have the printer delivered to my home. I hope that this irritating situation can be resolved positively as soon as possible.
