Multiple Problems with the HP Smart Tank 515

My HP Smart Tank 515 printer has been giving me fits, and it's been nothing short of a headache. On two occasions, I was informed that the printer was being replaced due to these issues. However, the most recent replacement, serial number "0," has been a huge letdown. It not only prints slowly, but it also makes annoying 'click...click...' sounds and leaves white streaks on the printed pages. Today, it's not printing at all, and I'm at a loss for words. This is my fifth or sixth HP printer, and I can't help but wonder if I made a mistake in my selection. I desperately need a working printer, especially given my age. I've made numerous trips to Profilo AVM's technical service center, enduring difficult conditions, and handed over the printer only to pick it up again.
