HP Smart Tank 580 590 Gives Me Half Printed Pages
I purchased the HP Smart Tank 580-590 printer about a year ago and have been using it in Izmir. Since the day I bought it, the printer has constantly produced half-printed outputs. The issue occurs intermittently; sometimes I get proper prints, but most of the time the outputs are incomplete. During this period, I tried all the recommended steps, including software updates, but the problem was not resolved. I have not yet contacted technical service or customer support because the issue keeps recurring and I could not fix it on my own. My product is still under warranty, and I expect HP to provide a solution such as repair, technical support, or a refund. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved.

Yes, of course I was called, but I was on the road, not near the device. When I get to the device, my calls have very long waiting times, it’s almost impossible to reach anyone. I think the technical support team is insufficient; you have to wait patiently for minutes. Ever since I bought the device, I’ve been spending hours trying to fix things, calling, installing software, updating, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling—I’m tired of all this. I will keep calling, and if it doesn’t work, I’ll apply to the Arbitration Committee.
