My HP Smart Tank 515 printer has been experiencing color printing issues for about six months. At first, yellow and other colors would not appear in color prints, and the output started looking pinkish instead. Even though all the ink tubes are filled with original ink, the problem persisted. More recently, I noticed that even black prints are coming out faint. I tried the printhead cleaning process recommended online several times through the HP app, but it did not improve the situation. I also attempted to get support through HP’s virtual assistant, but again, there was no result. My device is not under warranty, and I have not had any repairs or maintenance performed. I also found that other users are facing the same issue. I request that HP customer service contact me and provide assistance in resolving this problem.
