Six months ago, my Ariston Hotpoint washing machine had to be repaired under warranty by authorized service. The machine was making a lot of noise while spinning and rinsing, so they had to replace a bearing. Today, we had another issue with the washing machine, even though we were really careful when doing our laundry. We think the previous bearing replacement wasn't done right. So, we reached out to the service again and told them what happened. They told us that we would have to pay a fee of 3,000 ₺ for a new repair, even though the warranty is no longer valid. This seems like too much money to replace a bearing.
I mentioned that the bearing kept malfunctioning again soon after it was repaired, so it should be covered by the warranty again. This is usually the case with external repairs, which usually have a warranty of 6 months to a year. However, Vestel's service refused to fix the problem correctly, which was unfair to me as a customer. Because of the special design of my machine's press boiler, I need Vestel (Vestel Customer Service) to either fix it again or replace it to fix the current problem.
