Ariston Hotpoint Washer F12 Error Code

My Ariston Hotpoint washing machine began making unsettling noises during operation, signaling trouble with the drum basket (bearing). Seeking a remedy, I reached out to Customer Service. On 11.07.2023, they arrived for a diagnostic check, charging 200 ₺ for the assessment. With a warranty period of 3 years, I was already a month beyond its expiration. Warranty lapsed. They proposed a 2200 ₺ repair, requesting a 1000 ₺ deposit before taking the machine.
Around 20 days later, they claimed the repair was done, returning the machine and invoicing the remaining amount. Not being home at the time, my kids handled the payment. Upon starting the machine, the control panel displays flickered, and error code F12 popped up. Puzzled, I contacted the service again, questioning how they returned the machine without checking for such issues. They claimed it was an electrical problem requiring technician inspection.
Another technician visited, concluding the machine needed to return to the workshop for further examination. After about 20 days, they informed me that the main module needed replacement, demanding 2620 ₺ for the repair. Confused, I questioned how the main module could be faulty when I initially brought in the machine for a bearing problem. Excuses flooded in, suggesting the machine was defective from the start.
I requested the machine's return without repairs, and they complied. However, this time, the control panel displays no longer functioned. A closer inspection revealed...
