Hotpoint Ariston Fails to Honor 10-Year Motor Guarantee

I bought Hotpoint Ariston household appliances in 2014. They included a refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. The best part was that all of them came with a 10-year motor warranty. When my dishwasher broke, I called for repairs. Ariston stopped making household appliances, so they transferred their service responsibilities in Turkey to Vestel. When I reported the defect to Vestel, their staff said they needed to take the appliance to their workshop to evaluate it.
They came back after 4-5 days and said that both the motor and heating element were broken. They asked for a huge amount of 4950 ₺ to replace them. I made sure to highlight the warranty on the product's motor, suggesting that it should be included. Until that time, I was communicating with the official Vestel service in Bursa. They requested the warranty documents for the appliance and sent them to the Vestel headquarters. Afterwards, Bursa's customer service told me that they didn't have any warranty registered for my device, so I would have to pay for any repairs.
So, I called up Vestel headquarters and got connected to their "Solution Center." Let me tell you, they were full of empty promises and tried to avoid taking any responsibility. They kept saying that my device didn't have a warranty in their system and didn't offer any more help. I said that if Vestel takes over all the service rights from Ariston, they should make sure to honor the warranties in order to protect consumers. I asked them to contact Ariston to verify, but the lady at the Vestel Solution Center didn't seem to care and said she couldn't help. She said they couldn't confirm the warranty for my device.
I was frustrated when I couldn't verify the warranty for my device from Vestel, even though it was easy to get spare parts for Ariston. This made people trust their customer service less because it seemed like they cared more about getting paid for repairs than about what the customers actually wanted.
