Kiwi KFAN-7629 Fan Defect: Free Replacement or Refund Demand
On June 10, 2026, I purchased a Kiwi KFAN-7629 Rechargeable Standing Fan from the A101 Online Market under order number 616118754475, which was delivered to my address near İkiçeşmelik, Kuşadası/Aydın. I chose this product trusting the quality offered by A101 and the Kiwi brand; however, less than two months later, on the morning of August 20, the product became completely unusable: the fan blades do not rotate at all, and black dust resembling burn marks was observed at the motor connection point. As clearly seen in the attached video, the device is entirely dysfunctional and poses a security risk, leading me to believe that a product failing so quickly and displaying burn marks clearly has a manufacturing defect and a serious quality issue. I demand that this grievance be urgently resolved by providing either a free replacement with a non-defective product or a full refund, and that any inspection or service processes be carried out without causing me additional expense or lost time; otherwise, I inform you that I will exercise all my legal rights, particularly through the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and share the process with the relevant authorities.
