I recently made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com, where the site calculated a total of ₺17,326.32. However, upon checking my credit card, I noticed a charge of ₺18,209.07, meaning I was overcharged by ₺882.75. There was no mention of any additional taxes or fees on the website. I've tried contacting support through the virtual chat on the site, but I haven’t received a response and there is no direct contact number available. If this extra charge is not refunded, I will take the necessary legal actions. I am awaiting your prompt response.
