Hotels.com Overcharged Me ₺259 More Than the Listed Price and Won’t Explain Why

I just booked a short stay through Hotels.com, and I’m extremely frustrated with what happened. On the main screen, the total cost was clearly shown as ₺7415. I reviewed everything multiple times before confirming the booking to make sure there were no hidden fees.

But after the transaction, I saw that ₺7674 was charged to my card—₺259 more than the confirmed price. There was no warning, no explanation, and no visible breakdown showing where this extra amount came from.

I want to know exactly why I was overcharged and demand that the excess amount be refunded to me immediately. This kind of pricing inconsistency damages customer trust. Hotels.com, fix this issue now.
